About us
We are Pauline and Fred Lormor and we have a Trophy Pet Food business, serving our customers across the Norwich region, from Cromer, Norwich and Sheringham to King’s Lynn and all around. We can deliver, free of charge, at a time to suit you – and we’re also on hand to advise, offer a free weighing service and help with any issues you might have with your dogs and cats. Being a Trophy qualified Nutritional Adviser, it’s all part of the customer service we are so proud to provide.
Pauline decided to join ranks with the Trophy team well over a decade ago to bring the excellent product to Norfolk. She carefully studied the nutritional values of Trophy and is now a proud and passionate franchisee who is more than happy to provide free samples or taste trials with her ‘try before you buy’ policy to anybody who is concerned about what their pet may be eating.
Pauline discovered Trophy for her beloved Fox Terrier Sally who had been diagnosed with Cushing’s Disease. She researched the best diet for her and trialled the Premium Hypoallergenic range. Pauline and Fred were astounded at the significant improvement in her well-being.
