All your Pet Needs via Mail Order.
Some parts of the country are not yet covered by a Trophy Agent. Therefore we have set up a Mail Order Service to meet the needs of our customers where a Trophy Agent cannot deliver to them. These foods, treats and accessories will be delivered via a courier for a nominal charge. Therefore everyone can now benefit from delivery of the Trophy Range of Pet Foods, Treats and Accessories.
The first thing to do is request some free samples for your pets, so they can try the food before you place an order. At the same time we can also send you our catalogue. You can then decide what you would like to order.
Payment can be made by Credit or Debit card, via a secure connection, or if you use the form from the catalogue you can send a Cheque, made payable to Trophy Pet Foods.
In all cases the delivery charge is £4.69 no matter how large your order is and you will receive your order within 5 - 7 Working Days. For orders over £40 in total you will benefit from free post and packaging.

MAIL ORDER DELIVERY
Your order will be collated the same day we receive your order. Please allow a further 5 - 7 working days for delivery via post or courier. If an item is out of stock we will inform you immediately and inform you of the date we expect to receive new stock. There is a small charge for mail order delivery. Where orders are under £40, orders over £40 are delivered free of charge.
NO QUIBBLES GUARANTEE
If for some reason you are not happy with the goods you have purchased you can return it to us (or your advisor) in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item and the return postage.
