Our boys Wiggy & Olly (who are both 2.5 yrs old) have been on Trophy Active since early this year, during which time there has been a noticeable change in their condition. Wiggy was lethargic & his coat felt quite coarse & looked dull, Olly was hyperactive with a silkier feel to his coat but not quite so dull. Since eating Trophy foods Wiggy has energy, is bright eyed & his coat feels silky & now looks glossy. Olly is calmer in himself & his coat also feels silky and looks so glossy. The boys look so healthy, so handsome & so happy. Like almost every dog owner I want to give our boys the best & that is exactly what I'm doing with Trophy pet foods. However it doesn't stop there - John & Karen provide superb customer service, are always happy to give dietary advice & have a fantastic knowledge of your pet’s needs - besides which they are really nice people. So I am a very happy customer & would recommend anyone to try Trophy & speak to John or Karen - you'll be impressed. What more could a pet owner ask for!" Chrissie from Warminster |

"Both our dogs' health has improved enormously over the 6 months they've both been on Trophy. Mickey, at 11 years old, found it difficult to keep up with Dylan, at two years old, It was short walks for Mickey until we changed his diet, now he is as able and as willing as Dylan is, and is often the first at the front door, eagerly awaiting his walks. We are about to change our 3 cats' food to the Trophy cat food, I know we will see a marked difference in all 3 of them in a very short time." Chris from |

Hello
I just wanted to say thank you for the free trial packs that you delivered. My dog (the fussiest dog ever) actually likes it - this is a miracle, believe me!
I have just placed an order and look forward to knowing that he'll be eating decent food.
Also, I wanted to say that I was really impressed with the service and the person who delivered the free samples, he was very helpful. (Alan who covers the Hertford area)

We first met Sue Heyer and her husband Ian at the Penistone show (in South Yorkshire) early September and to make an understatement I was very sceptical about how good something must be if you have to have a trade stand to promote it, however we invited them to visit our house a few days later to allow our dogs to try samples of the food they were promoting.
Sue took time to ask us if we had any problems with our dogs and what lifestyle we had, asked what we were feeding them already and how often etc, I thought most of what she was asking was irrelevant but one main thing I pointed out is that I am asthmatic and my eldest dog shed loads of her coat nearly all year round, and her weight was a little above her normal best etc. We now know the questions were there for them to understand what is best for our dogs from the range of products for our dogs.
Samples of food were placed before each dog and all were thoroughly eaten, well my dogs would eat anything, but they both had a preference for a certain bowl, which is what they have had since.
When we were told of the cost of this food and how much was in a bag, to be honest it did sound a little expensive, being on benefit I was not sure it would be worth it. Well into 7 weeks later and we are on the same bag, so in reality we have halved the amount we would have spent buying any other leading brand from the supermarket, and we now give a smaller portion at meal times, which is ample as sometimes they even leave a little.
Even after just a few weeks both of our dogs now have excellent coats and do not shed fur all over the house, and we don't have to buy the expensive bottles of coat conditioner that you have to put in the food, their flatulence is far less and their waste doesn't smell as bad as it used to, and less of it. And with their coats improving it can only be better for my health.
We have just gained Patch who is a puppy (Jack Russell crossed with a Springer Spaniel), and he is 9 months old and quite giddy, more than expected, we invited Sue and her husband out to put the puppy straight onto Trophy food, Sue explained that his coat again like the other dogs we have will improve and he will become less giddy because Trophy food contains no sugar, no salt and no preservatives, and has more of the things the dog actually needs, like quality meat and nutrients.
So to sum it all up, if you love your animals spare a little time, let Sue (or your local representative) work with you and your dogs in your home and with the initial outlay, you will not regret putting them on Trophy. Many thanks to Trophy Foods and their representatives, especially Sue and Ian Heyer from Holmfirth in Yorkshire.

I met Debbie at the Country Fair back in the summer where she had a stall offering her Trophy pet supplies. I started initially with my boxer on Trophy food, and now all our animals that have it in one form or another!
The service is excellent, I phone up a couple of days before hand and Debbie turns up on the doorstep laden with pet goodies. She is always really pleased to see you and especially Bruno my Boxer who gets loads of fuss and attention. She is also really helpful offerings tips and advice about all your pet needs as well as recommending kennels etc.

"The Trophy food is excellent. After a dog has been with us for a few days, on Trophy food, we have found it much easier to clean up. We have also noticed an improvement in the condition of dogs when they have been with us a couple of weeks and being fed Trophy food.
It has also made life easier for us, having the food delivered to us, when we need it. We are happy to recommend it to all the pet owners and we tell them about the free delivery and good service."

Evie, our rottweiler puppy.

"I am delighted with the food. The two dogs have lovely shiny coats, look really healthy and are very happy. Even the 'old lady' (our Lab) is enjoying the food now, although she had not eaten complete food before. I also know that if I phone I will get a delivery within 24 hours - often the same day."

Dear Di Gilbranch,
Many thanks for your professional and friendly service. Our retriever, Jasper, absolutely loves his new food. He has lost weight and has so much more energy (from 46Kg to 36Kg in 6 months) and he is never hungry. Other light varieties we have tried never seemed to do the trick. We have also noticed that his coat is far sleeker. Even our vet has noticed how much healthier he looks since starting the Trophy Premium Light variety, especially that Jasper's teeth are in fantastic shape!

Dear Sue,
This is just to say thank you so much for all your help with Archie.
Just to re-cap;
Archie is a cross German Shepherd/Collie and was a rescue dog from the RSPCA. He was born on 26th January 2006. We got him when he was about 10 weeks old. He was a very nervous, anxious dog with a permanently badly upset tummy i.e. constant diarrhoea (usually on the kitchen floor!) and quite thin.
He had all sorts of tests at the vets but they found nothing wrong with his digestive system and recommended that we put him on the Life Science plan's large breed puppy food. Of course, we took their advice. Nothing improved, in fact the diarrhoea got gradually worse. We thought about changing his food but quite honestly didn't dare to in case it made him even worse. We resigned ourselves to the fact he would probably always have a 'delicate'
tummy.
And then we met you at Penistone Show. After you came round to see us, we decided to follow your advice and change Archie to Trophy Foods Premium Active. We did, as you suggested and put a small percentage in with his old food to start with, gradually building up to a complete change to Trophy after a week.
The change in Archie is nothing short of astounding. His whole manner has changed, he's calmer, less anxious, he's put on some weight and his diarrhoea has completely stopped. He doesn't have any accidents in the house at all now. We simply can't believe it but are so very happy that we found you and Trophy.
I've passed your details on to our dog trainer and she says that, after seeing with her own eyes the change in Archie, she is very happy to recommend you to other dog owners. Thank you for making Archie (and his mum and dad) very happy. Archie is now a very handsome, happy and contented chap.
Kind regards,
Les and Glyn (and Archie)

Dear Trophy,
Having perused the various testimonials on your website I felt I had to write in and sing the praises of Justine and Dale Gladwell-Hunt of mid-Cornwall.
It's no surprise that they won Franchisee of the Year after just one years' trading with Trophy and that now they've been elected as Franchisee Representatives for the UK as a whole. I've never seen a more committed and hard working team!
Their comprehensive knowledge of all animal related issues is outstanding and many times I've called upon them for advice about one thing or another, with nothing ever being too much trouble. You could not wish for better representatives of your Company.
With regard to the Trophy product itself, my two German Shepherds are visibly thriving on the food and I'm delighted my money is being spent on a good nutritional product and not the over-priced sub-standard mass-produced inferior food we are bombarded with as consumers.
Well done to you and well done Justine and Dale.
Yours sincerely,
Val from Cornwall

Dear Trophy,
I stumbled across Trophy Pet Foods whilst on the Internet looking for
something to feed Cracker, one of my two Staffies who had been recently
diagnosed with a gluten allergy. My other dog, Star, had also become quite
fussy over what she ate so I was also looking for a good quality dry food to
improve her overall condition.
Martin & Hazel visited us at home and came armed with samples, all of which
were most gratefully received by Cracker & Star who tried to climb inside
Martin's jacket where the supply of samples was stashed! I was advised to
try both dogs on Sensitive & Shine as it would help Cracker with her allergy
and Star seemed to quite like it. It was also a vast improvement on what she
was currently being fed. I was also pleased with the price, as one of my
initial concerns was that buying pet food this way would cost more.
Within a week Cracker had stopped licking her paws and scratching her ears
(classic gluten allergy symptoms) and both the dogs has super-shiny coats
and excellent appetites. As they had both recently been spayed they had put
on a little extra weight and by feeding them exactly what the guidelines
suggested both have lost weight and seem a little calmer after 3 months on
this diet.
It is a pleasure to see Martin and Hazel every month and their knowledge and
enthusiasm for the products they sell is commendable. Star and Cracker
recognise both Martin & Hazel straight away and look forward to the extra
treats which are usually put their way on dog food delivery day!
Martin & Hazel are also very knowledgeable on all aspects of canine health
and behaviour and I haven't yet been able to come up with a question they
can't answer. The food is excellent quality and I'm actually spending less
now than I was before. We are all delighted with Trophy Pet Foods and can't
recommend them enough to anyone thinking of giving them a call.
From Louise, Ray, Star & Cracker

Dear Lynda and Penny,
A note to say thanks and let you know how well Tawna has progressed on the Premium Hypo
Allergenic. Since changing her to Trophy Premium Hypo Allergenic several months ago we have been able to phase the steroids out and she has now been free of medication, with no sign of the cough returning, for at least 3 months.
On top of this her coat shines and she looks and acts like a young dog again, of course having Muttley, our new pup, around has encouraged this too. It's great to see Tawna at 7 giving the 6 month old pup the run around. (Especially when I think back to how poorly she was a year ago when her allergy first started to appear). Muttley is on the Trophy Premium Large bite puppy at the moment but will definitely be joining Tawna on the Trophy Premium Hypo Allergenic when she is a bit older - I know she loves the taste as she will steal it from under Tawna's nose if not watched! Thanks for coming up with such a great food - with so many allergy problems around nowadays I am sure this will be welcomed by many dog owners.
Liz from Leicester.

Dear Trophy
Have only been using your products for a few weeks and my two Standard Poodles love it. They have always come to get their food when it is ready but now they are "leaping about" all over the place with anticipation and excitement.
The young sales lady Danielle is a credit to you; she is extremely pleasant, nothing is too much trouble, and she is very knowledgeable about your products. It is a pleasure to do business with her.

Dear Trophy Pet Foods
I have a Staffordshire Bull Terrier who has always had a problem with weight and flatulence. I have tried all makes of food, recommended by vets, adverts and friends but to no avail. Just via a phone call by one of your agents, offering me a free sample, I was introduced to Trophy Special. My dog loves it, his fur does not come out as much, he has definitely lost weight and his flatulence problem has ceased. Thank you very much! Apart from all of that the contents are without additives and the price is unbeatable. What more could I ask for. Thanks once again.

Dear Trophy Pet Foods,
We have an Irish Red Setter, called Millie. In February this year she became unwell, with a condition called bloat. This caused her stomach to swell with gas and twist. This was a life threatening condition and had to be resolved by surgery. Our Vet did comment that it was unusual for this to happen when the stomach was empty, as was the case with Millie.
All seemed well for about 10 days and then Millie stopped eating. She lost about six kilograms altogether, pre-illness weight was 25 kilo’s. Our Vet was very concerned, and did bloods tests, Millie looked so thin and ill we thought we were going to loose her.
The bloods tests showed Millie had Addison’s disease, which means her adrenal glands had stopped working. This explained the weight loss and the bloat symptoms. Now on medication Millie is doing well, and this is where your pet foods come in.
After consultation with your representative Jenny, we started Millie on Trophy Regal, then onto Trophy Premium Active to build her up and now she is very happy on the Trophy Premium Maintenance
We are delighted with the foods, Millie is back to her pre illness weight, her coat is shines and she is full of beans, we enclose a photo of Millie now. We feed both our setters on your foods and have recommended your foods to several of our friends.
Lin and Alan.
Owners of Millie and Bailey the Irish Setters.

Hi Trophy!
This is just to let you know how fantastic we think Kim & Linda are!
They have been supplying our cat & dog food since last year and our oldest cat Esmeralda (who is camera shy!) is 16 years old and still going strong. Our two 3 year old Labradors Penny & Anden are an unbelievable picture of health. Penny was born with a heart condition and hip dysplasia and was not expected to live over a year. Anden has a skin condition which baffled the vets from his birth and was never resolved as well as hip dysplasia. At their annual check ups our vet is amazed at their condition, Penny is very enthusiastic about life and doing very well and Anden has clear skin and boundless energy (I'm sure Kim will back that last comment up!). As they are not receiving any medical help their condition is in the main due to the quality of your food.
The newest addition to the family, Tabitha (4 months old) has known nothing other than Trophy Premium Cat Food. She is a feisty little kitten who rules the roost over all of the animal members of the family.
I am convinced that our animals enjoy such a high quality of life due to their diet of Trophy foods and have no qualms in recommending Trophy to family and friends.
Kim & Linda are the friendliest, helpful and enthusiastic couple you could wish to meet and to do business with them is a pleasure.
Best wishes
Claire & Paul

Dear Sir or Madam
Three months ago a Trophy Pet Food leaflet was put through my door. After reading the leaflet I decided to give Hazel & Martin a ring and within the week they had arranged a visit with me.
They were very informative on the products from Trophy so I decided that I would try it for my 2 dogs – Jessie & Bert.
Jessie is a cross Old English Bull Terrier & Doberman. She is 3 years old and for the past 12 months we have had lots of visits to the vet due to her anal glands blocking. Even though we have tried lots of different diets, nothing seemed to work. As soon as we did change over to Trophy, gradually, under Martin & Hazel’s advice, we are happy to say that Trophy has come out tops. She has not had to go to the vets for her anal glands and has put on a little weight, she is content and thriving.
Bert is a Staffordshire Bull Terrier who is now 2. He is disabled and cannot be exercised too often. He was getting very fat on previous foods, but we are happy to say he is now toned and looking great on the Trophy food.
So we, at last, have peace of mind. Martin & Hazel have been marvellous. They know when we are due for another order. They are helpful and answer all my questions. They are friendly, cheerful and nothing is too much trouble. They have the knowledge and even arrange delivery to suit my needs.
I was so impressed that I have introduced my Daughter to them who has 3 dogs. They too had a few minor problems which have been sorted out.
So I would just like to say Thank You, the training of your team is great!
Yours sincerely,
Irene from Torquay, Devon

To Trophy Pet Foods
We would like to thank Martin & Hazel for introducing us to Trophy Pet Foods.
The day they first came to our door and left us free samples, not only for the dogs but for our rabbits and cat, we have not had to buy pet foods from the shop, as Martin & Hazel deliver to our door.
We have 2 dogs, Sadie who is 10 and Chelsea who is 2. They had always been fed on tinned food and the new diet was taking some getting used to. Sadie was even a little sick. Martin suggested adding a spoonful of bio yogurt with their meal. We thought he had gone mad, giving dog’s yogurt, but it has worked and the dogs now love their diet, with their yogurt. Our pets now have healthy, shinny coats and no longer have ‘dog meat breath’. It’s good to know we are feeding our pets a healthy, balanced diet.
Regards
Jim & Ann

Dear Martin & Hazel
I am writing to thank you for all your help and for introducing us to Trophy Premium Cat Food.
Since changing from normal tinned cat food we have has less hassle with shopping and very little mess, smell and waste. Both the cats and the kittens love the food and they appear to be much healthier. They are much fitter with smoother, shinier coats.
Although changing from normal tinned food did seem a big difference and some what strange, everything said about Trophy Premium Cat Food has been true. The cats eat less in quantity and surprisingly the overall costs are lower.
Thank you once again and I wish you every success in the future.
Yours Sincerely
Julie

From a puppy Socks was frequently sick a few hours after eating. He was then on a “Quality” Pet Shop-sold puppy food. I didn’t change his food as it was not recommended although his sickness steadily increased in regularity. Having made several worried visits to the vet, I insisted at 16 months old that he be referred for investigative tests. I was particularly concerned as the time to change Socks from puppy food to adult food was looming. Socks had lost 4 kilos and was weighting just 21kg. He was looking extremely sorry for himself. He was admitted to the Queen’s Veterinary School Hospital, Cambridge for a week where many tests were carried out. He was diagnosed as having Pyloric Stenosis (a narrowed opening from his stomach to his intestines), which was causing him to vomit. It was suggested he went onto a Sensitivity Controlled Food ONLY which was supplied by the vet and that it be soaked and given to him mushy. I did this for about 4 months but his sickness continued although the regularity had reduced.
This summer we spent a month in France where Socks attracted a lot of admirers – a couple of who also had a boxer who was now 12 years old and had similar digestive problems throughout it’s life. They advised feeding a low-protein diet. Upon return to UK we searched the web for this and discovered the huge variety available but Trophy appeared to be the best of the bunch. Socks has now been on Trophy Premium Active food, supplied by Kevin, for 3-4 months and has not been sick once! He has regained his lost weight and a little bit more and now looks fabulous!
All the best

I am contacting you to inform you of how delighted I have been since I started buying your brand of dog food. From the first contact with Mags, who delivers the food, I have found her to be extremely helpful from the advice she gives to arranging delivery dates to suit me. She is a credit to your company. I have two black Labradors, Zak and Jet. Zak is nearly three years old and has had skin problems since he was a pup. I have found since using the Trophy dog food that the scratching has almost stopped. He is a much more energetic dog and overall seems a lot healthier and happier.
I have introduced two friends already to Mags and they are now happily feeding their dogs Trophy too.
In conclusion “keep up the good work”.

Testimony written by Samantha
On behalf of her three dogs, Henry, Charlie and Emily since they started Trophy Pet Foods.
I heard about Trophy Pet Foods from my parents, as they had started with them a few weeks previous. I decided to give them a go as both my husband and I were concerned about Charlie our middle Labrador. He had been having terrible problems with his stomach and on our vet’s advice we had placed him on a gluten free diet. This had helped curb the problem, but it had in no way diminished it and so we saw Martin and Hazel to discuss all our dogs needs.
From the very beginning Martin and Hazel came across as being dedicated to providing a first class service. They kept us informed about all aspects of the food our dogs would be consuming and were very well educated about the product they were representing. I was very reassured when we started our dogs on the food and any concerns I may have experienced with regard to Charlie’s diet soon evaporated. Within just a week my dogs were looking bright and alert and, much to our delight, had begun going to the toilet much less. Not only that, they enjoyed the food immensely and couldn’t get it down quick enough. Charlie’s stomach has settled beautifully and he isn’t even on gluten free anymore. All in all, are my husband and I completely satisfied with the product we are purchasing; our dogs are 100% happy too.
Before closing, I would just like to add what a pleasure it is doing business with Martin and Hazel. They are very approachable, friendly and committed to their customers. There is nothing they aren’t happy to help with where possible and they take a complete pride in their work. I feel completely at ease when calling them and they are always enthusiastic about their product. It is also a comfort knowing they are so well informed about the product they are providing. They are two very lovely people and it as been a privilege to meet their acquaintance. The food may well sell itself, but Marin and Hazel offer such a first class service, I hope Trophy Pet Foods realise just what an asset they have in these two hard working individuals.

Hi,
Your customer service has been second to none and I liked the courtesy call to see how Harvey was doing on his food. I have to let you know how well Harvey is doing on the Trophy Special. His coat is much softer and we can use part of his allowance as treats as he likes it so much. Everyone comments on how fit he looks. We feed him on a raised platform which has reduced wind drastically. We still think it is settling in nerves rather than the food. Any advice on this would be gratefully received.
From an enthusiastic Trophy fan!
