My name is Anthony Hewitt and having worked in the Tech business for 30 years, the time was right for change. I wanted to bring my first-class customer service and my love of animals to a new and exciting industry, hence why I set up my own business as a franchisee with Trophy Pet Foods. I’m married to Averil and have two children, Oliver and Elinor and we adore animals and have our own dog, cat and a horse! I love the brand for its uncompromising quality, British made, natural dog and cat foods.
Launching a business in the midst of the Covid-19 crisis may seem like a bit of a gamble, but as a conscientious pet owner who will always need to feed Jasper and Reggie the best food, and as someone who is very conscious of keeping myself and those around me safe during this challenging time; I knew that it was the perfect time to launch my Trophy franchise!
We were very impressed with Anthony’s diligence when assessing if this was a suitable time to launch his new business. He was very thorough throughout the pre-launch process and patient during some very searching phone calls about the future and the suitability of the timing, given the Covid-19 situation. As a brand, we are very aware that we will all face new and changing challenges as we get to grips with what the ‘new normal’ will be.
However, we can be certain that pet owners will always want the best for their pets, to be charged fairly, and to be served responsibly. We are grateful, in these times, that these are tried and tested, 30-year, hallmarks of Trophy and its franchise offering. Anthony is an incredible asset to our national team of nutritional advisers but more importantly to his local community as someone who can be relied upon to ensure pets are kept happy and healthy".
